I began my journey into natural health in my early twenties, exploring both ancient and modern teachings in areas such as yoga, mindfulness, Ayurveda, nutrition, various energy healing modalities, sound therapy, and more. Over time, I integrated practices involving pure energy work, inner conflict resolution, psychology, and exploration of subtle planes. The deeper I delved into these fields, the more I realized that my purpose extends beyond learning—I am here to share, support, guide, and witness you, fellow travelers, on this journey we are taking together through time and space. We are not strangers to one another. Through my own practice, growth, and expansion, I have developed a unique approach to health and well-being.
For over twenty years, I've been practicing, teaching, and helping people using body movement, postures, breathing techniques , mediation, and mindfulness. My training in these fields has taken place around the world and combined well over 1500 hours.
Graduated from the Dr. Andrew Weil Health and Wellness Coaching Program at the University of Arizona and successfully merged this approach with the tools and techniques of Yoga Therapy to better assist my clients on their paths to health and vitality.
28+ years of studying and practicing the principle that food is medicine. My guide throughout this journey has been a love and appreciation for food. That healthy food can be creative and absolutely delicious. Over the years, numerous courses and inspirations, but most recently, I have been influenced by Dr. Klaper's program on Plant-Based Nutrition for medical and health professionals.
